Shanklin Town Council will be holding a public meeting tonight.
They would like share their response to IW Council Consultations and proposed cuts in service with members of the public.
The town council will also discuss proposals for Shanklin Library, Tourist Information Centre, Public Toilets, Beach Lifeguards and other matters, as well as to hear the views of residents.
They welcome residents’ views on the proposals, and any suggestions or alternative solutions, including the possibility of an addition to the Parish Precept, so that their Budget setting on February 24th 2011 can be fully informed and take account of the views of residents.
