Island Band ‘The Caulkheads’ are having a ‘Barn Dance’ in aid of KissyPuppy, The Sophie Rolf fund, on Friday 3rd May 2013 at Wootton Community Centre.

The Caulkheads are an amplified acoustic band who have many years experience playing for Ceilidhs and Barn Dances. They come from varied musical backgrounds. Their dances are a mix of traditional and contemporary and their music ranges from English, Irish and Scottish to American, Breton, Czech and Romanian.

The sound could best be described as lively or even stompy, however their infill music can be lively or gentle, ranging from polkas to waltzes.

Come along and join the fun, starting at 8pm and going on until 10.30pm.

Entrance is £3, please phone 880118 to reserve your ticket just in case.

Details of other events can be found on the KissyPuppy Website
