A lot has happened in the last year, but the Ryde Community Action Group have not given up and continue to fight to bring back Ryde Arena for the Isle of Wight community of ice skaters, ice hockey players and more.
Ryde Arena
Planet Ice took on the lease for Ryde Arena in February 2001. It is home to many ice hockey teams, figures skating and more.
In February 2015 Planet Ice announced the venue would be closed on 25th March. A campaign was quickly launched to save the venue.
