Although the financial outlook for the Isle of Wight council is pretty bleak, the CEO said measures were in place to stop them reaching bankruptcy
Cllr Stuart Hutchinson was elected as Isle of Wight councillor for West Wight in a by-election in November 2011 and retained his seat in the May 2013 elections.
He’s a member of the Conservative Group of Councillors.
In January 2017, he was appointed as deputy leader to Cllr Dave Stewart.
He did not sit in the 2021 elections.
