A flood alert has been issued by the Environment Agency for the Eastern Yar.
Levels on Eastern Yar are still rising following heavy rain overnight.
Flooding is possible along the river and tributaries from Whitwell to Bembridge.
This alert is specifically for Arreton, Alverstone and Langbridge where the Environment Agency says some properties are potentially at risk of flooding.
