Watch Lancaster Bomber fly-over at Cowes (videos)

Bank Holiday Monday saw the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) Lancaster bomber fly over Cowes.

Lots of people went along to watch, but for those who weren’t able to make it, luckily many had their cameras and video cameras.

The Lancaster bomber (PA474) that did the fly-by is one of only two surviving airworthy Lancasters. The other is in Canada (or so Wikipedia tells us).

Happily, people were shooting video from a variety of different locations from up the hill in Cowes, to down to on the sea.

Below is our selection of some of the best of them. Some of them we’ve cut to the highlights, but if you want to watch the whole video, just click on the start of the timeline.
