The bus is for patients and there is no need to book; the driver and the bus will be there to meet you at the Hovertravel terminal and transport you to the hospital, returning you to the terminal at the end of your treatment
The fete will once again be supporting Wessex Cancer Trust’s Portsmouth Daisy Bus, which provides invaluable help for those on the Isle of Wight needing treatment on the mainland.
The Spring Fete started out in 2005 and has now become a major social occasion, supported with donations from a growing number of Isle of Wight businesses and local residents.
In times of crises, residents on the Isle of Wight always pull together. Outstanding fundraising efforts have a hugely positive impact on the Daisy Bus Service - which transports those receiving cancer treatment.
Some cancer services will remain at Southampton, but from next week, other patients will receive their oncology services from specialists at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth
