Damien Nettles at 16 and projected to 27Damien Nettles went missing at the age of 16 in mysterious circumstances on 2 November 1996. He has never been found.

The Nettles family have had the continued support of thousands of Islanders in their search for Damien. Campaigns for information leading to his remains take place as each year passes.

Rewards of £20,000 by the Police and £10,000 from a local businessman have sadly led nowhere in providing closure for Damien’s family.

Damien Nettles case: Petition calls for extra police funds to be allocated

A petition has been set up calling on the Government to provide extra funds for the Damien Nettles case, as they have for other families of missing children such as the McCanns and Needhams. Particularly important now as his mother says the small budget allocated to the case has been removed.
