The Isle of Wight Distillery is the Isle of Wight’s first and only distillery.

Founded by Xavier Baker and Conrad Gauntlett the company distil award-winning spirits. They do things differently, minimising waste, using ethically sourced and often local ingredients to craft a range of spirits.
