Experience the exceptional talent of Thomas Luke, BBC Young Musician of the Year 2020 Winner, as he performs Rachmaninov's iconic Piano Concerto no.2 with the Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra later this month
The Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra perform every two months through the season between November – July.
Members of the orchestra are Islander, most of which have other jobs, that devote considerable amounts of their own time to a rigorous regime of rehearsals. They are joined at each performance by a guest soloist, from the global array of specialist performers.
OnTheWight: Proud supporters
OnTheWight has been an active supporter of the IWSO since 2010, over which time the audience for the performances has grown considerably. We take great pride in helping more Islanders experience the glory of a full orchestra, playing live on our Island.
Below are some of the event features and reviews of Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra concerts.
