Continuing OnTheWight’s series about young Islanders doing positive things with their lives, we meet Cameron Palin. 16-years-old and involved in many causes important to the Isle of Wight community.
This year we started a series of features about the great things that young people are doing on the Isle of Wight.
Young people were getting bad press from other publications and we wanted to demonstrate, through highlighting the achievements of many young Islanders, that the majority of young people were not to be feared, but indeed play an active and positive role in their communities.
It’s exactly this type of series that we want to do more of – with the support of the network of members, we’ll be able to quickly identify individuals to feature.
With a more sustainable future, there are many other positive projects that we plan to take on.
