The Anthony Minghella Square in Ryde is to be officially opened on 29th June.
To coincide with the opening, The Isle of Wight Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, of which Gloria Minghella is President, is planning a Grand Gala Premiere of the amazing new film, The Scapegoat, created by her son Dominic (Doc Martin) and his partner, Sarah Beardsall.
First joint production
This spell-binding film, an adaptation of a Daphne Du Maurier novel, is their first joint production and is to be the forerunner of some exciting new work.
Sarah and Dominic will introduce the film and introduce members of the cast and crew. There will be a pre-screening reception and information on tickets etc. will be announced soon.
