The Coronavirus pandemic hit the shores of the UK in February 2020.

The first case was confirmed on the Isle of Wight on 7th March, with the second confirmed case a week later on the 14th.

As of 2nd November 2020 there were 654 cumulative lab-confirmed Coronavirus (Covid-19) positive tests on the Isle of Wight.

The total number of deaths on the Isle of Wight where Covid-19 is named on the death certificate was 86 (adjusted to take into account those counted where the death occurred more than 28 days after testing positive for Covid-19).
