Top honours for Islanders in West Wight Triathlon

101 individuals and 11 teams took part at the event last weekend, which involves a 600m swim in the pool, 35km bike ride along Military rode to Brighstone and a 7.5km run along the River Yar.

West Wighters complete the jaw-dropping, inspirational Ultra 40 Challenge

Friends from Freshwater have completed a 4km open water swim from Alum to Colwell Bay, a 140km bike ride around the Island, a 40km row from Alum Bay to Bembridge Harbour and then 40km run back to Freshwater, all within 37 hours.
