Isle of Wight ‘Any Questions?’: What Did You Think?

Ryde School played host earlier tonight to BBC Radio4’s Any Questions, as you may have heard either last night or on the repeat at 1pm today.

Isle of Wight 'Any Questions?'A huge audience (one of the largest the programme had had, according to Jonathan Dimbleby), were packed into the sports hall eagerly awaiting to see whether their submitted question had been chosen for broadcast.

Nine questions from hundreds were chosen, but due to time constraints, not all were able to be asked of the panel.

Jonathan Dimbleby opened the show (after a jolly off-air warm up), describing the Isle of Wight as being “no better place to be.”

What did you think?
If you were in the audience or listened in on the radio, what did you think of the programme?, the quality of questions? and quality of answers from Chris Huhne, Sally Hunt, Hillary Benn, Simon Heffer?

You can listen again on iPlayer for a while and it should be made available as a Podcast soon.
