Olympic hopeful to inspire Gurnard pupils with fitness and fundraising event

Gurnard Primary School are excited to be hosting an inspirational workshop with Team GB Double Mini Trampolinist, Otis McAuliffe.

Otis needs your help to raise funds for vital training, medical and competition costs. This money will also help Gurnard school.

60/40 split
The visit takes place at the end of the month and 60 per cent of the funds raised go to the school, whilst the other 40 per cent goes to professional athletes in need of support.

Team GB Double Mini Trampolinist Otis McAuliffe has been struggling with chronic back pain for the few years, and at a competition he threw a triple backflip and landed on his head at the back of the trampoline, spraining himself in five places.  Despite this he continues to compete and hopes to share his inspirational story.

The school are hoping to raise £1,000 in the next two weeks to allow Otis to visit the pupils.

They’ll also benefit from physical activity through the fitness circuit, a medal display and a Q&A session.
