From the Main Stage to the Woodland Stage, Community Stage, Nippers Corner, Zen Den and the living history area, the festival offered something for everyone with music, atmosphere and shared experience at the heart of the weekend.

Praise for the festival
Festival-goers have praised the event’s welcoming atmosphere, strong organisation and unique setting, describing it as having “immaculate vibes”, being “really well run and laid out”, and “a well-organised festival from start to finish, with a brilliant layout and an incredible atmosphere all weekend.” Others highlighted the “gorgeous venue”, the hard-working crew and volunteers, and the sense of community that ran through the entire event.

Stage highlights
Across the weekend, standout performances came from across the festival’s three stages. On the Main Stage, Mungo’s Hi Fi brought a proper taste of sound system culture to the Isle of Wight, while festival veterans Dub Pistols delivered a huge Saturday night set packed with energy, attitude and feel-good chaos.

Closing the weekend on Sunday night, the incredible FÜLÜ travelled from France to deliver a powerful and memorable headline performance that perfectly captured the spirit of Three Rivers.

The Community Stage also proved to be a real highlight, showcasing local and emerging talent alongside a warm and intimate crowd atmosphere. Daisy and Luca and Free Ravens were among the names being talked about as ones to watch, both delivering performances that showed just how much exciting talent is coming through.

Over in the Woodland Stage, the setting became part of the experience, with music surrounded by trees, lights and late-night energy. Ray Keith’s Sunday night performance was one of the defining moments of the weekend, ending with a Nirvana track in a moment that will stay in many people’s minds for a long time.

Family and community spaces
Away from the stages, the festival’s family and community programming was also incredibly well received. Nippers Corner, run by New Carnival Company CIC, became a much-loved part of the weekend, giving younger festivalgoers a creative, colourful and welcoming space of their own. The area added another layer to the festival’s family-friendly atmosphere and helped make Three Rivers feel like a true all-ages event.

The living history area was another standout feature, bringing something unique and memorable to the site. Their Saturday morning performance drew a strong response and added a sense of theatre, storytelling and heritage to the weekend, creating a moment that families and festivalgoers of all ages could enjoy together.

Thanks to the team
Festival Co-Director Dan Anderson said,

“Seeing this dream come to life has been something truly special. For three incredible days in Porchfield, people came together through the power of music, friendship, and community. Race, religion, background, or social status didn’t matter.

“We were simply human beings sharing an experience, connecting, and vibing together.

“That’s exactly what Three Rivers Music Festival was created to be: a place where everyone feels welcome, where barriers disappear, and where memories are made. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and deeply grateful to everyone who made it possible.

“Most of all, thank you to every person who bought a ticket and became part of the Three Rivers family. Your support means everything to us.

“We’re already looking ahead to next year, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to make even more unforgettable memories together.”

The Three Rivers team has given special thanks to the crowd, whose warmth, respect and energy helped create the atmosphere the festival set out to achieve. Organisers also paid tribute to the volunteers, suppliers, traders, security teams, artists, technical crew, welfare staff and everyone working behind the scenes, as well as the landowner for allowing the event to take place in such a beautiful setting.

Looking ahead to next year
With this year’s event now complete, planning is already underway for a bigger and more ambitious Three Rivers Music Festival next year. Organisers have announced plans to introduce a new comedy and lectures tent, creating space for comedy, conversation and talks covering nature, the environment, mental health and community wellbeing.

Accessibility will also be a major focus for the future of the festival. The team is already working on infrastructure improvements designed to make the event more accessible and inclusive, helping more people enjoy the full Three Rivers experience.

Sustainability will also play a bigger role going forward, with plans including the introduction of compost toilets as part of a wider commitment to reducing the festival’s environmental impact and building a more responsible event for the future.

A limited amount of official Three Rivers merchandise remains available through the festival website, giving people the chance to take a piece of the weekend home with them.
