Spook Quay at Newport Harbour this half term

Calling all wannabe witches and wizards, get your essential gear at Quay Arts at our Wands and Broomsticks free family drop in art session with local artist Tim Johnson on Wednesday 30th October 10am-1pm.

Clay day
At Jubilee Stores on Thursday 31st October, Clair Robinson is hosting a Clay Day session for 8-12 year olds where they will be making their own cat, toad or owl. Everything they make will be glazed and able to be taken home.

The session runs 10am – 2.30pm and costs just £15.

Rockets and owl mail carriers
Come and explore the themes of artSOUTH by making satellites and rockets ahead of Bonfire Night in a second free family drop in art session on Friday 1st November 11am-3pm with local artist Kitty Wingate.

Rounding off the week on Saturday 2nd November, Kids Art session for 8-12 years making little owl mail carriers from 10am-12pm and costs £6 per child.

With a children’s menu available in the café and the return of the kids creative café this half term renamed ‘The Common Room’ you can come and get creative at Spook Quay.
