Snow showers, strong winds and widespread overnight frosts will be heading to the UK later this week from northern Canada, but will it reach the Isle of Wight?
This should be missing the Isle of Wight but affects the rest of the entire South East region from later today until tomorrow. Watch out for thick fog and icy roads if travelling on the mainland.
Although the tide will not be as high as it was on Sunday morning, the Environment Agency have issued a flood alert for the Isle of Wight coast, in particular Cowes, Yarmouth and Ryde.
The Yellow wind and rain warning has been brought forward to 9pm tonight (Saturday) and an Amber warning has been issued for Sunday for strong wind. Expect disruption on cross-Solent travel and on the roads.
