Monkton Arts Prize entries close at midnight on Saturday

Monkton Arts has issued a last reminder to artists who have not yet entered this year’s Monkton Arts Prize.

The deadline falls at midnight on Saturday 10th October 2026.

Organisers have scrapped the A2 size limit because the Mead Gallery is bigger this year, so entrants can submit work up to A0.

People’s Choice picks the winner
The winner of a month-long solo exhibition in the Mead Gallery will be chosen by the People’s Choice, which is new for this year.

Artists enter through an online form.

Monkton Arts says every entry supports the venue as an independent, non-profit arts centre and music venue.

The Children’s Monkton Arts Prize is free to enter. Children can send up to three submissions by email.
