Jay Jayasundara

JJ (as he was often referred to during his time at Isle of Wight council) headed the team that designed the council’s 25 year long Roads PFI, in his role as PFI Programme Director.

He oversaw the whole process including the selection of the contract bidders.

He left Isle of Wight council a few months after the PFI contract was signed with Vinci, only days before the PFI was to start, on 1st April 2013.
