Solent Spirit become latest sponsor for Freshwater Independent Lifeboat

Freshwater Independent Lifeboat were excited to be given the opportunity to meet our new sponsor Solent Spirit during our last training session.

They’re a small-batch rum producer, established earlier this year, crafting a white and spiced rum here in Hampshire and selling both locally on the Island, the Solent shores and nationally.

Long lasting and impactful social value
As part of their wish to create long lasting and impactful social value they have, as their first initiative, provided all our crew and volunteers with smart new polo and technical T shirts.

Our Chairman (Rob McLaren), and Senior Coxswain (Tony Moore) welcomed Patrick Heaps and Matthew Iles, the co-owners of Solent Spirit.
