The owner of the Ventnor Winter Gardens (VWG), Kevin Sussmilch, has told a member of the VWG Steering Group that he has instructed Savills Estate Agents in relation to the sale, or lease, of the iconic Ventnor venue that has stood closed for several years.

During a telephone conversation with Daniel Ruiz, a founding member of the Steering Group, Mr Sussmilch said the property would be on the market within four to six weeks.
Community response
This was seen by those who attended the community meeting this evening – less than ten people – as a positive sign for the community.
