Cultural Leadership Programme
Creative Island have launched a fully-funded Cultural Leadership Programme for 12 Island-based participants, running from March to October 2026.
They are looking for people who want to make a positive difference to life on the Island to take part in the Cultural Leadership Programme – a fully funded chance to grow and develop your skills as a leader.
You might not think of yourself as a “leader”, but if you’re someone who brings people together, makes things happen, or has ideas about how culture on the Island could grow and evolve, this could be for you.
When we say culture, we mean creative, heritage, environmental, social, education and library sectors – plus all the community spaces where people come together and share what matters to them.
Deadline: Sunday 25th January (midnight)

Micro-grants Programme
As part of this, the CAN YOU HEAR US? micro-grants programme is offering 20-25 grants of £500-£1,000 to support local groups to run creative activity anywhere on the Island between March and October 2026, in partnership with Creative Lives.
