Last year's event saw 600 runners take part and raising over £20,000 to support Islanders and their families. This year's event has moved to a cooler time of the year to avoid the sweltering heat.
Thanks to a generous gift, the Earl Mountbatten Hospice is today announcing a rebrand of their organisation - something that is much more than the 16 beds in Newport, it's an organisation that cares for over 650 people on any given day and offers a variety of other services across the Isle of Wight.
